DeMartini Family Farms - Selling raised-on-the-farm, in-season fresh vegetables and locally raised fruit and berries.  “My family has farmed in Milwaukee/Canby areas for about 100 yrs. - we grow basic, healthy, affordable vegetables throughout the summer and fall months”

Domo DomoMaking Okonomiyaki, a delicious and healthy Japanese cuisine. It is a cross between a savory pancake and a pizza.

Fetzers German SausageFetzer’s German Sausage has been making traditional old world German style sausages in the US (in Beaverton) since 1978 using German family recipes from 1880. We use high quality ingredients and produce a naturally flavorful culinary experience difficult to match this side of the ocean. Visit their website here.

Gabriel’s Bakery - “We are unique and special bakery that makes whole grain breads, bagel, scones, muffins, cookies, french pastries, peruvian pastries, mexican pastries, cinnamon rolls, soon gluten free products, and more.”

Good Natured GardensWe are a small, family run vegetable and herb farm located on Sauvie Island. We grow a wide verity of heirloom produce and seedlings using organic methods to insure the highest quality. Visit their website here.

Heidi Ho Organics - is a brand new vegan food company headquartered in Portland, Oregon. We have created a range of vegan, plant-based cheese alternatives that are made from all natural, organic ingredients. Micro-Mercantes/ Hacienda - Tamales! Women residents participate in this micro-enterprise initiative of Hacienda CDC that promotes the sale of prepared food at eight Portland-area farmers markets. Raymond Kuenzi FarmOregon Tilth Certified Organic, this local farm is especially know for their tomato juice and friendliness. They also have consistently high quality produce including: blackberries, tomatoes, cucumbers, walnuts, various squash, pears, peppers and more!

Randall Street Baking CompanyProduces great tasting gluten-free sweet and savory baked goods for the benefit of people with gluten and wheat intolerance, and for those who are looking to improve their diet and still enjoy mainstream style foods. Winters Family Farm - We have been a sustainable family farm since 1938. We grow a wide variety of vegetables, berries, fruit, flowers plus honey, jams & syrup (from our own berries, peppers and rhubarb). We grow high quality, sustainably grown products incorporating free range, IPM, drip and overhead irrigation using commercial fertilizers with no GMOs or hormones.

Ammie’s Goodies - A small, locally owned bakery in Northeast Portland specializing in nutritionally rich, gluten free baked goods that are also vegan, and lower in sugar. Using protein rich flours such as coconut, green pea and sorghum; as well as organic sweeteners, we seek to provide treats that remind people of what grandma used to make while giving you a nutritional boost. The business was born as an acknowledgment that many people can’t eat traditional wheat based baked goods, but they should still be able to eat delicious treats. Ammie’s Goodies sources from local suppliers like Bob’s Red Mill in Milwaukie, Oregon and uses organic ingredients when possible. We highlight seasonal produce in our baked goods like muffins, cookies and cakes with local berries. We compost and recycle, support renewable energy through our local utility and conduct business in a socially and environmentally conscious way. We believe that a vibrant community stems from healthy food systems, living wage jobs and cultural diversity. We seek to educate our community about the benefits of eating a gluten free diet, as there is such a wealth of good foods out there.

Bridgetown BiscottiThe Interstate Farmers Market is be the debut outlet for Bridgetown Biscotti! Authentic and artisan Italian Biscotti in a variety of shapes and flavors from various regions of their native country. They source Shepherd’s Grain and Bob’s Red Mill flour produced in the Pacific Northwest, and other ingredients sourced locally when possible.

Marquam Hill Berries This forty acre farm in Silverton features berries such as: Boysen berry, Marion berry, Sylvan berry, Black Diamond berry, 3 types of black berries, blue berries, raspberries, logan berry and strawberries.

Micro-Mercantes/ Hacienda - Tamales! Women residents participate in this micro-enterprise initiative of Hacienda CDC that promotes the sale of prepared food at eight Portland-area farmers markets. The Pie Spot - “We are a small, Portland-based, artisan pie company. Our main product is the pie hole: individual sized pies, perfect for eating while walking around the market. We use fresh and local ingredients for our fillings and our crusts are made from scratch.”
